Reservations & Deposits

Customers may reserve a vehicle with a refundable reservation fee of £180. This option is intended for customers who have not yet viewed the vehicle and wish to hold it for up to 48 hours or for a confirmed appointment within the same week.

If you are unable to attend a viewing or appointment within that timeframe, we reserve the right to release the vehicle for sale, unless a non-refundable deposit of £500 is received to secure it beyond that period.

Once a vehicle has been viewed in person, a refundable reservation is no longer available. To secure the vehicle from sale, we require a non-refundable deposit of £500.

Reservations made through AutoTrader or any other marketing platform must be confirmed or transferred to our internal reservation system within 48 hours of receipt to remain valid.

Should you decide to proceed with your purchase, any reservation or deposit paid will be deducted from the final balance. The dealership reserves the right to cancel a reservation and refund in full at its discretion.

Administration Fee Policy

All vehicles are subject to an administration fee of £150 + VAT, which covers the essential administrative processes involved in each sale. This includes vehicle inspections, provenance checks, DVLA registration, and provision of the standard 6-month warranty.

Our provenance checks verify that every vehicle is free from outstanding finance, has not been stolen or written off, and carries accurate mileage records.

Customers choosing to arrange finance through an independent or third-party finance provider (outside our approved panel of lenders) will incur an administration fee of £395 + VAT. This fee reflects the extra time and administrative work required to liaise with third-party finance companies and ensure all regulatory documentation is completed accurately.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

All vehicles are supplied with a standard 6-month CORE warranty as part of your purchase. This warranty covers mechanical and electrical components, with repairs authorised at any VAT-registered garage across the UK and Northern Ireland.

CORE Warranty Coverage:

  • Duration: 6 months
  • Labour rate: £80 per hour
  • Individual claim limit: £1,000-£2,000 per claim
  • Total claim limit: Up to the vehicle's purchase value or current market price
  • Coverage: Mechanical and electrical components

Most customers choose to upgrade to our PLATINUM warranty, a fully FCA-regulated and insurance-backed policy offering comprehensive, long-term protection.

PLATINUM Warranty Coverage:

  • Duration: Up to 36 months
  • Labour rate: £150 per hour
  • Individual claim limit: £5,000 per claim
  • Total claim limit: Up to the vehicle's purchase value or current market price
  • Additional benefits: Wear & tear cover, breakdown cover for the duration, diagnostics cover up to £65, DPF filters, catalytic converters, and batteries
  • Regulatory protection: Access to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) for any complaints or disputes

Approved Vehicles Policy

Our Approved Vehicles are carefully selected and prepared to ensure quality, reliability, and peace of mind. Each vehicle undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection, including road testing and electronic diagnostics, to verify both mechanical and electrical condition.

Where required, a new MOT is provided if less than nine months remain on the current certificate, and all vehicles are maintained with an up-to-date service history.

All Approved Vehicles are supplied with our CORE 6-month nationwide warranty. For full details, please refer to our Warranty Policy.

Please note that not all Approved Vehicles are guaranteed to include a full service history, owners manuals, two remote key fobs, or be free from existing smart repairs. If any of these are important to you, we encourage you to check with our team before making your purchase.

Ceramic Coating Terms & Aftercare

After application, it is the customer's responsibility to follow the recommended maintenance guidelines to ensure the longevity and effectiveness of the ceramic coating.

Key guidelines include:

  • Use pH-neutral soaps and safe wash techniques.
  • Avoid inexpensive car wash services that may use abrasive brushes, chemicals, or harsh materials.
  • Wait at least 7 days before washing the vehicle following application.

While we aim to provide the highest quality results, the performance of the ceramic coating cannot be guaranteed, as it may be influenced by environmental conditions, vehicle usage, and maintenance practices.

Detailing and Ceramic Coating Services are designed to rejuvenate, enhance, and offer long lasting protection to the vehicle's paintwork. These services do not include panel repairs or repainting and are not intended to prevent damage or rectify age-related or existing damage, including dents, corrosion, windscreen chips, flaking or missing paint, or curbed alloy wheels.

An additional £100 supplement may apply for larger vehicles to reflect the extra time and effort required to complete the service.

By using our ceramic coating services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and aftercare recommendations.

Accessories Terms & Conditions

Some of our vehicles are fitted with styling accessories designed to enhance the appearance of the vehicle. These accessories do not affect the mechanical performance of the car and are not considered performance-enhancing modifications for insurance purposes.

All accessories are installed by trained professionals, however, they are not covered by any warranty or guarantee against loss, damage, or wear. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage resulting from road conditions, driving habits, or other external factors.

As accessories are optional extras, they are not considered part of the vehicle for the purposes of consumer rights and cannot be classified as a fault of the car.
